Privacy
What information reaches us, and what never does.
In short
Sales, stock and credit stay on your own computer. We never see them.
Qafila needs no internet to work and sends nothing anywhere.
We never give or sell your name or number to anyone.
Your shop's books
All of the shop's books, such as sales, items, customer credit and the cash drawer, are kept only on your own computer. Qafila does not send them to our website or anywhere else. Backups are saved wherever you choose.
What this website keeps
When you fill in the contact form, your name, number and message stay with us so we can reply. If you join the newsletter, your email or WhatsApp number is kept. To count downloads, the IP address is looked at for a few minutes so one person is not counted twice.
Cookies
The site uses a few small cookies: the language you chose, light or dark colours, and, if you came from a marketer's link, their code for 30 days. We do not use them to follow you.
Licence and computer code
To make your licence key we take your computer code. It only ties the licence to that computer and holds no other information about your computer.
Who we share with
We do not sell your information or give it to anyone, unless the law of Afghanistan requires it.
Your rights
Whenever you like, you can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Tell us on WhatsApp or by email.
